The program is intended for professionals and researchers who wish to develop advanced research skills and contribute to public health through research, innovation, evidence-based practice, and policy development.

Applicants must fulfill one of the following:

• ✓ At least 60 percentile in the Subject GRE; OR
• ✓ At least 60% marks in an equivalent-level entrance test conducted by Rawalpindi Medical University.

Each applicant must submit a Statement of Purpose of approximately 800–1,200 words using 12-point font.

The Statement of Purpose should include:

1. Title of Potential Research Proposal
   Provide a clear and concise title.
2. Current Understanding & Potential Research
   Explain your understanding and research ideas.
3. Intended Impact
   Explain the intended impact of the research.
4. Research Motivation
   Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the proposed area.

1. Complete and submit the online admission application form.
2. Upload scanned copies of all required documents.
3. Submit a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 5,000/- in favour of Vice Chancellor, Rawalpindi Medical University.
4. Dispatch the hard copy of the application, attested documents and original bank draft through courier.

The Entrance Test will be conducted at:

Rawalpindi Medical University
Main Campus, Tipu Road, Rawalpindi

Shortlisted candidates will be notified through the official Rawalpindi Medical University website.

• Complete the online application and submit required hard copies before the deadline.
• The Rs. 5,000/- processing fee is non-refundable.
• Exemption candidates must provide valid GAT/HAT or GRE Subject evidence.
• Exempted candidates must still qualify in the interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• In-service candidates must apply through proper channel with an NOC.
