Medical ICU the specialized healthcare and Medical Education Department with a team of highly trained consultants in a hospital covering large part of Northern Punjab and Northern Pakistan; besides serving with professional dedication that exceeded hospital’s requirements; enhanced and improved organizational structure by the sharing best practices to maintain the hospital’s competitive edge across territories; identified weak aspects, implemented and improved target programs resulting in improved outcomes of ICU mortality.Focused on patients’ comfort, costs, and tests results; which resulted in easy, effective, and less time-consuming management of critically ill patients. Lead a team of 30 staff members. Part of the team for implementation of new tracking system that resulted in improved patient care
