Department of Anesthesia RTH

        The Department of Anesthesiology at Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital is a cornerstone of perioperative and critical care services, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. It provides comprehensive anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical specialties including general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT and ophthalmology. The department also offers specialized services in intensive care, pain management, and emergency resuscitation. As an affiliated teaching unit of Rawalpindi Medical University, the department plays a vital academic role in training undergraduate students, postgraduate residents, and allied health professionals.
