Events and Activities
Premarital counseling is one of the most important means through which many social and health-related issues can be significantly reduced. These include the rising rate of divorce, the increase in hereditary diseases, and problems related to maternal and child health.
Women's Surgical Camp
Organized at the Rural Health Center, Qazian. The camp provided free female sterilization services and medicines to all participants.
This initiative was conducted by the Family Health Clinic, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi, in collaboration with Rawalpindi Medical University (RMU).

World Contraception Day 2024
Rawalpindi Medical University arranged by Department of Gynae Department, observes World Contraception Day 2024 under the global theme "A Choice for All – Freedom to Plan, Power to Choose." This theme underscores the recognition of contraception as a fundamental human right, empowering individuals to make informed and autonomous decisions about their reproductive health.
Breast Cancer Awareness Activity
Activity was done in Gynae OPD of Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi Medical University Faculty and Students Rawalpindi by establishing an awareness counter and giving information on importance of breast cancer self examination and early detection.
