Instructions for form submission

• • Download relevant form from link below.
  • Last date for submission is 25th Novemeber 2025 before 02:00 PM .
  • Dispatch the hardcopy of the submitted form along with attested copies of the documents and the bank draft in original through courier at the Office of Medical Education R & D Department, Rawalpindi Medical University, Main Campus, Tipu Road, Rawalpindi.
  • The entrance test will be conducted at Rawalpindi Medical University, Main Campus, Tipu Road, Rawalpindi.
  • The list of candidates eligible for appearing in the test and interview will be notified on the university’s website.
  • Shortlisted candidates qualifying for the test and interview will be notified on the university’s website.
  • In-service candidates are required to apply through the proper channel along with an NOC from the competent authority.

• All candidates are required to join our WhatsApp group.
• Admit card must be filled and blue background photo should be pasted (not stapled).
