AUDITS AS PART OF QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Department of Emergency Medicine, HFH has started different clinical audits. These clinical audits are part of different quality improvement projects in ER.
It includes
• 1- Blood Sampling techniques according to WHO guidelines.
• 2- Hand hygiene in ER
• 3- Time delay in ECG for patients with chest pain
These audits are based on PDSA cycle (plan, do, study, Act).
