Step 3 Attach Required Documents
Attach the following documents with your application.
- Two (2) attested copies of Matriculation certificate or result card for foreign qualification attested copies of equivalence certificate issued by IBCC. (Computer generated result card will not be accepted).
- Two (2) attested copies of HSSC certificate or result card for foreign qualification attested copies of equivalence certificate issued by IBCC. (Computer generated result card will not be accepted).
- Two (2) attested copies of Domicile Certificate.
- Two (2) attested copies of CNIC of candidate.
- Two (2) attested copies of Father CNIC of Candidate.
- Three (3) photographs. One (1) paste on form and other 2 attach with form (with light blue background).
